

HOW TO APPLY
The application process is now online using SOAR (Student Online Application for Registration) through our TCDSB website.
Applications must be completed between Friday, September 26, 2025, to October 31st, 2025.
Students are selected by our STEM committee using the following criteria:

Grade 7 Report Card
-
SOAR Application
-
Elementary Teacher or Principal school referral
-
Grade 6 EQAO Results if available
-
CAT-4 Results if available



You must allow the release of Report Card, EQAO & CAT4 Data through SOAR for the application process to be complete.

The IT AP presentation will be in the Gym and will follow the plenary session that will be held in the gym.

AP Cancellations, Refunds,
and Late Fees Policy
1. Cancellations and Refunds (Before November 12):
Students who request to withdraw from an AP exam on or before November 12 will receive a full refund of the exam fee.
2. Cancellations and Refunds (After November 12):
Students who request to withdraw from an AP exam after November 12 will be charged a $65 cancellation fee per exam, provided that the exam was originally ordered before November 12.
3. Late Registration (After November 12):
Students who register for an AP exam after November 12 are subject to a late registration fee, bringing the total cost of each exam to $200.
4. Late Registration Cancellations:
Students who registered after November 12 and later wish to withdraw from the exam are not eligible for a refund.
